Yes. Our bows may be used for hunting, provided that you follow these rules:

Deer may be taken under the archery provisions only by means of hand-held bow with a minimum draw weight of 40 pounds, and broad-head arrow. You must use arrows equipped with broadheads having an outside diameter of at least 7/8-inch with no less than two cutting edges, which shall be in the same plane throughout the length of the cutting surface.

You may want to check your state's archery hunting laws because rules and regulations may be different.  But typically, state to state, as long as your bow is 40lb or heavier, it is legal to hunt with.  Maine and Pennsylvania are a few exceptions, with a 35lb limit on draw weight.
